The mission of the Bankruptcy Section is to encourage the professional development of attorneys who specialize in the practice of bankruptcy law. The Bankruptcy Section sponsors continuing legal educational programs and examines the effect that bankruptcy issues have on other areas of the law. The Bankruptcy Section provides a forum where bankruptcy attorneys are able to share ideas and opportunities and promotes the influence of its members on community issues and developing legislation that affects bankruptcy attorneys and the general public.
