Newly admitted attorneys who join the BHBA are referred to as Barristers. The Barristers serve to acquaint and familiarize new lawyers with members of the Bar and the Bench, encourage their participation in the Bar, and assist them in their new profession by broadening these relationships through a variety of dynamic programs and events.

Brian T Smith

Brian is an associate at the law firm of the Law Offices of Thomas Smith. Currently, he specializes in the field of toxic tort litigation. Brian is also a member of the membership committee while being involved in our law student programs.

When Brian is not busy working or watching Notre Dame football, Brian enjoys miniature golf and NASCAR auto racing. Yes, Brian dreams of winning the Daytona 500 or at least having a seat along pit row.
