This Section deals exclusively with
the substantive area of criminal law. Because of the
ever-increasing criminalization of conduct, the ever-growing reach of the
criminal sanction, and the impact of those factors on the civil justice
system and the business community, all members of the Association are
encouraged to attend this Section's programs |
