The BHBA Board of Governors has approved the merger of the Legislation and Resolutions Committees into one, henceforth to be known as the Legislation Committee. The work of the BHBA Legislation and Resolutions Committees has long been a major part of BHBA’s core Mission of advocacy. The goal of the Legislation Committee (LegComm) will remain creating or changing laws to improve the function and administration of law in our society.
