This project was established in 1990 by the BHBA Trusts and Estates Section.
It is now co-sponsored by the Probate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Guardianship/Conservatorship Project, a pro bono clinic staffed by volunteer attorneys and paralegals.
The project provides free assistance to individuals seeking to establish guardianships and conservatorships of persons.
