GUARDIANSHIP/CONSERVATORSHIP
PROJECT
This project was established in 1990 by the BHBA Trusts and Estates Section.
It is now co-sponsored by the Probate Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Guardianship/Conservatorship Project, a pro bono clinic staffed by volunteer attorneys and paralegals.
The project provides free assistance to individuals seeking to establish guardianships and conservatorships of persons.
The project operates every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm from the Probate Department (Room 252) in the Central Division of Los Angeles Superior Court.
