The Legislative Committee reviews and recommends proposed changes in the law related to Estate Planning, Probate and Conservatorships. Members have the opportunity to propose new laws and changes, comment on proposed legislation, and appear before Legislative bodies on current topics concerning Trusts and Estates.

Meetings of the Trusts and Estates Section Legislative Committee are normally held on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the offices of Kenneth G. Petrulis.
