ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT
REGARDING PVP ATTORNEY REPORTS

(Revised January 24, 2002)

The first paragraph of all PVP attorney reports filed in Central District probate proceedings shall include the following information:
	1.	That PVP counsel is an active member of the State Bar of California. Further, no disciplinary actions are pending and none were filed against him/her during the past twelve months.
	2.	The PVP attorney has professional liability insurance coverage in effect.
	3.	PVP counsel does not, or has not, represented any party to the proceeding except as otherwise stated in the report. The statement must include the name of the party and a brief explanation. Note: include cases where PVP counsel does represent or has represented a proposed private professional conservator.
	4.	This statement shall be verified.
