The Immigration Law Committee seeks to provide a forum for attorneys engaged in all aspects of immigration law to exchange ideas, discuss practice issues and otherwise provide mutual assistance in the complex and diverse practice of immigration law. The committee will also seek to interact with other Beverly Hills Bar Committees to provide a perspective on immigration issues that impact other areas of law including, criminal sentencing, family law matters and corporations law.

To the greatest extent possible the committee will also address public policy issues at the state level including the unauthorized practice of immigration law as well as contributing to the legislative process in Washington D.C.
