The Resolutions Committee solicits and authors resolutions recommending proposed changes to state and federal substantive law and procedure. The resolutions are submitted to the Conference of Delegates of California Bar Associations. At the conference, the delegates determine whether each resolution should be approved or disapproved. The BHBA Resolutions Committee sends approximately 15 delegates each year and submits on an average 5 resolutions.
