There is a minimum three (3) year commitment which may be made as a single payment now,
in three annual installments, or in individual monthly payments. The single payment fee is $4,000;
annual installments are $1,500 per year, monthly payments (via credit card only) are $125 per month.
Payment is due on or before September 30th of each year. Monthly payments are processed on the 1st of every month
