Join us on for the inaugural evening in our upcoming series of networking events that brings together Beverly Hills Bar Association members, Southern California Law students and entertainment professionals from various areas of the industry.

Neville L. Johnson, Miles J. Feldman and Michael A. Helfant will share their vast and intriguing experiences in entertainment litigation and deal making in the entertainment industry followed by the opportunity to network with other professionals.

Speakers:

 Neville L. Johnson
Founding partner of Johnson & Johnson LLP specializing in Media, Entertainment, and Business litigation. He was recognized in the Hollywood Reporter’s Power Lawyers list for the last two years, and been designated a SuperLawyer.

Miles J. Feldman
A partner in Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP’s, Entertainment and Media Litigation Departments, Mr. Feldman’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, entertainment and intellectual property disputes. He has significant experience with contracts, business torts, copyrights, rights of publicity, trade secrets, trademarks, unfair competition, defamation, business organizations, and employment. Prior to joining his current firm, Mr. Feldman was a partner with Browne Woods & George LLP.

Michael A. Helfant
 With over 25 years of entertainment industry experience in film, television, video and digital media production, financing and distribution, Mr. Helfant is currently developing a new slate of films for production, and providing consulting services to a select group of clients in the entertainment industry. Most recently, Mr. Helfant was President and COO of Marvel Studios. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Beacon Pictures, Senior Executive Vice President of Dimension Films, Executive Vice President, Head of Business Operations and Acquisitions at Interscope Communications, Inc and Senior Vice President of Sovereign Pictures, Inc. Mr. Helfant started his career as an entertainment attorney with Loeb & Loeb in Century City.
