Why Join the Mentorship Program

Dear BHBA –

I have raved about this (Mentorship) program to every law student and attorney who will listen – especially women. Networking can be such an ugly, awkward and needy experience but the BHBA Mentorship program eliminates all the yuck.

My mentor, Jeanine Percival Wright, is a phenomenal woman, attorney and a perfect match for me. We hit it off instantly. Despite our busy schedules we have managed to maintain a budding friendship. Over the past year I have had a few opportunities to meet with Jeanine – from lunch to proudly attending a CLE she hosted in the BHBA offices. I even received a Holiday card from her and her family – it warmed my heart.

She has been an inspiration, not only in regards to how she practices law, but how she balances family life and how she navigates gender disparities in the work place.
In short, I am extremely grateful for this experience and in constant awe of my mentor, Jeanine.

Best,

Lindsey Lee, Esq.
