Fraud Awareness:
What Every Business and Criminal Defense Lawyer Must Know
John Everett, CFE CAMS, will discuss occupational fraud, asset misappropriation, corruption schemes and fraud in financial statements. He will discuss typical types of fraud; what to look for, signs of criminal activity and what can be done to protect against fraud crimes. He will also discuss prosecution and defense strategies in litigating fraud cases. Mr. Everett will also put time aside for a questions and answers session.
