The Collection and Use of Social Media Evidence
Using social media as the means of communicating with friends, colleagues and acquaintances is not only here to stay, but is growing exponentially. These often candid and unfiltered postings can be a gold mine in defending against and litigating a wide variety of cases. This seminar explores the types of evidence that can be gleaned from social media sites and the legal and ethical challenges associated with obtaining and using this evidence.
