This program will cover recent developments in immigration law and how it relates to criminal defendants. Learn what the effects of a misdemeanor or felony conviction can have on immigration, deportation, exclusion from admission or denial of naturalization. What types of crimes and sentences will create immigration issues and which will not. If you practice criminal law with clients who are not citizens this is a must attend presentation.
