Suppressing Blood Results in Criminal Cases
When dealing with an under the influence criminal case the chemical blood tests are often the most damaging evidence the prosecution has in their arsenal. Learn how to use recent case law, as well as old school methods, to exclude the blood results from evidence. Attorney Devermont will discuss U.S. Supreme Court decisions as well as California case law that can get blood results suppressed and cases dismissed.
