Love the game or hate it, all can agree that Pokémon Go became a worldwide phenomenon within days of its release last month. But with these new augmented reality apps and with virtual reality consoles like the Oculus Rift come a plethora of issues from all over the legal spectrum. We've collected attorneys with expertise in entertainment, intellectual property, criminal, real estate, and personal injury law to discuss all the different possibilities, from privacy to distracted driving convictions to endorsement deals.
