The National Labor Relations Act, or NLRA, is typically viewed as a law that applies to union-workforces. However, it applies to both union and non-union workforces, and broadly proscribes policies that inhibit "concerted activity" of employees to improve their "working conditions." Come and learn more about this important law, and how it may affect you, your clients, and your business.
