Securing and Enforcing Clients' Rights Abroad  
For trademark lawyers, the international sphere can present unique challenges when it comes to protecting clients' rights.  Panelists will cover the basics of international protection and strategy as well as guidance in topics ranging from securing clients' rights through trademark registration to prosecution of infringers.  Speakers will expound on the steps of filing an application with foreign trademark offices, including, opposition, registration, non-use cancellation actions, and renewal, as well as the procedure for enforcement of the registered marks abroad.
