Marketing And PR Strategies For Attorneys In The Digital Age, And The Ethical Landmines
Today's business landscape incorporates three distinct generations-Boomers, GenXers, and Millennials. Successful professionals and firms understand each generation has their own distinct preferences, skill sets, motivations, and what influences their decision-making process.

Our panel of speakers includes marketing, public relations and legal malpractice specialists, who will share their experiences in promoting law firms, their clients and priorities. Attendees will learn the "do's and don'ts" of dealing with print and broadcast reporters, how to manage the fast moving social media environment, and the best ways to market for new business growth. The program will also evaluate these media in the context of the ethical standards including the California Rules of Professional Conduct and the State Bar Act, and discuss both civil liability and bar disciplinary sanctions for attorneys who violate professional standards.
