Adam Handler, Esq. is a principal in the Federal Tax Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Adam advises clients, primarily in the real estate sector, in structuring complex business transactions - including partnerships, joint ventures, REITs, M&A, inbound and outbound investments, and like-kind exchanges. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Handler served as an Attorney-Advisor with the US Treasury Department's Office of Tax Policy. He was also a tax partner at the firm of Sidley Austin. Mr. Handler received a B.S., with distinction, from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
