Human beings are innate storytellers. The mind naturally hears, remembers, creates, and tells stories. This panel will discuss the importance of storytelling in the courtroom, offering insights from a conceptual overview to practical tips in translating your case's facts and arguments into the best possible story of your case. The distinguished panel will share insights from the perspective of the judge (Justice Gary Hastings), the trial lawyer (Doug Lyon), the consultant prepping the witness (Katherine James), to the consultant advising on story construction (John McCabe).
