Family Law Section
Presents
The 43rd Annual
Family Law Symposium
Saturday, November 4, 2017

Gathering ESI Evidence and Litigating in the Digital Age
The Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Symposium has been a signature event for the Family Law Section for more than forty years, attracting leading practitioners from all over California, providing superb reference materials and MCLE credit.

As Practitioners in The Digital Age, we can no longer ignore that a substantial amount of the evidence we require for Trials and other evidentiary hearings constitutes Electronically Stored Information ("ESI"). We must also embrace that we need to be increasingly proficient in the use of technology in the courtroom in order present our cases efficiently and effectively.

The focus of this year's Symposium will be on the strategies for procuring ESI evidence, what to do with it when you have it, how to get it admitted (as well as how to challenge its admission), and persuasively presenting it (as well as other evidence) with the use of state-of-the-art technology at Trial.
