Wendy Cole Lascher has devoted 45 years to counseling trial lawyers, evaluating potential appeals, and representing appellants, appellees and respondents, and friends of the court in every California Court of Appeal, in the California Supreme Court, in the Ninth, Seventh, and Federal Circuits, and in the U.S. Supreme Court (once). She is a California State Bar-certified specialist in appellate law, a past president of both the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and the California Academy of Appellate Lawyers, and a frequent teacher and speaker on appellate law and legal writing. Lascher is a partner in Ventura County-based Ferguson Case Orr Paterson, LLP.
