Tools and Tips for a Successful Electronic Trial and Getting ESI into Evidence
In the first half of this two hour program, you will learn about the equipment and software available for use for a successful electronic trial. You will also receive tips about how to best work with the Court and its staff, as well as opposing counsel and witnesses, regarding the use of technology. In the second hour, you will learn about questions you'll need to ask to get emails, texts, voicemails, Internet posts, photos and the like into evidence at trial.
