What is the Executive Committee's Role?
The Executive Committee of each of BHBA Section or Committee serves to provide continuity of leadership, spread the workload, facilitate planning, create a calendar of Section/Committee MCLE programs, and identify and develop future Bar Leaders.
Who is on the Executive Committee?
The group consists of the Section Chair (or Co-Chairs), Vice Chairs (if desired), and additional leaders. For example, some Committees also have Program Chairs, Legal Updates Co-Chairs (reporting on pending or updated legal decisions affecting their practice area) or other Subcommittee Chairs as needed.
When and Where Do They Meet?
The Technology Committee ExComm generally meets monthly
30 minutes before their MCLE Program.
