2017 Cases Affecting Real Estate
Please join us for this annual overview of the top 2017 appellate court decisions affecting real property. Our speaker, Lawrence Jacobson, will summarize a wide variety of cases decided this past year in real estate law, including but not limited to: landlord-tenant, construction, finance, fiduciary duty and broker standard of care, foreclosure and short sales, land-use, environmental issues, purchase and sale agreements, title and escrow issues, HOA disputes, and vesting issues. This event is a MUST for all real estate attorneys.


Lawrence Jacobson, Esq., - A real estate attorney for more than 40 years, Lawrence Jacobson is highly respected as an expert witness in civil trials involving real estate throughout Southern California. Mr. Jacobson is a published author and a frequent speaker on real estate matters, having been awarded the 'Spirit of CEB' award in 2011. He has served as an expert witness for litigation attorneys nationwide for more than 20 years. He continues to practice law in the areas of real estate and business transactions and litigation.
