This panel will fulfill the one-hour credit requirement in competence issues before the February MCLE reporting deadline. Please join us to learn about why legal professionals are prone to anxiety and substance abuse, recognizing the signs of addiction, as well as how to combat these issues through stress reduction, mindfulness, and available resources.
